SPECIAL PROJECT SELECTION

The New York State Leadership Group was requested by the Lackawanna City School District to complete a comprehensive study of its Special Education Program. 

Serving as the New York State Leadership Group consultant for this work will be Dr. Timothy O’Neill, retired New York State BOCES and District Superintendent.  Dr. O’Neill has an extensive amount of experience in this type of project.  The study will prove beneficial to the Lackawanna Schools in improving services to their students K-12.  Special Education studies are among the many projects successfully completed by the educational professional consultants used by the New York State Leadership Group.
