BATAVIA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDY COMPLETED
The New York State Leadership Group, in April 2019, completed a Personnel Needs Assessment related to the following instructional programs:
- Music (K-12)
- Art (K-12)
- Foreign Language (7-12)
- Technology (7-12)
- Family and Consumer Science (7-12)
The final report addressed the allocation of personnel resources and any other issues that emerged during the course of this assessment. Recommendations for board action were based on best practices, program desirability and the district’s ability to sustain such programs.
The study was completed by the New York State Leadership Group under the leadership of Christopher Dailey, Batavia Central School District Superintendent of Schools.
